A Private Facebook Group For Retailers
Amazing retailers
help each other out.
Running an independent store can feel like you're the only one figuring it out. You're not. Come talk shop with retailers who get it — the wins, the headaches, and everything in between.
“A place for WhizBang! Retailers to connect, share ideas, ask questions, and help each other!”
— the group, in its own words
Connect
Meet owners, managers, and staff who run stores a lot like yours.
Share Ideas
The display that moved product. The promo that flopped. Real results, honestly told.
Ask Questions
Stuck on hiring, pricing, or slow Tuesdays? Somebody here has already solved it.
Help Each Other
The best part. Retailers showing up for retailers, every single day.
It's private. It's free. Every retailer is welcome.
The group is private, so what gets said there stays between retailers — which is exactly why people speak frankly about what's working and what isn't. Ask to join and we'll get you in.

About WhizBang! Retail Training
We're in the business of successful businesses — helping independent retailers get the nuts-and-bolts skills they need to run a store that thrives.
Bob & Susan Negen
Founders, WhizBang! Retail Training
Bob and Susan founded WhizBang! Retail Training more than twenty years ago. Since then they've worked with hundreds of thousands of retailers, presented at trade shows and conferences all over North America, built courses for owners, managers, and employees, and written a best-selling book on retail marketing.
Their perspective comes from more than 40 years of combined on-the-floor experience. Bob founded the Mackinaw Kite Co., an award-winning chain of kite and toy stores, and ran it for 19 years. Susan started out as an executive at Bloomingdale's and Macy's before joining Bob at the Kite Co. Together it's a one-two punch of big-business skills and street-smart small-business know-how.
